Right away, I was amazed at how lively the author was able to make the short essay. Her play of words made it so easy to imagine and to some extent feel the leaves that would fall during this wonderful season. Her use of words was very effective in a way that it made the image she was seeing so easy of for the reader to see also. She was also able to communicate the emotion of the entire event to the reader, thus giving more life to the essay. Furthermore, she was able to use figures of speech, comparison, gave information, and so much more other techniques that truly made this an interesting read for the audience. In addition to all this, in a country that does not really have a fall season, it is great to be able to imagine such a splendid scene unfold.
